At the time of this report, <br />five - quarters of data have been collected: <br />• First Quarterly Event: May 19 -20, 2010 (2nd Quarter, 2010); <br />• Second Quarterly Event: August 8, 2010 (3rd Quarter, 2010); <br />• Third Quarterly Event November 15, 2010 (4th Quarter, 2010); <br />• Fourth Quarterly Event February 15, 2011 (1st Quarter, 2011); and <br />• Fifth Quarterly Event May, 2011 (2nd Quarter, 2011). <br />The analyzed analytes are presented in Table U -4 -1. After four quarters of sampling and <br />analysis, the following changes in the laboratory analysis were adopted on April 1, 2011, per <br />DRMS request: <br />• Added dissolved aluminum (Al), and iron (Fe); <br />• Added to total recoverable analyte list: <br />o Molybdenum (Mo); <br />o Cyanide -CN (WAD); and <br />o Total organic carbon (TOC); <br />• Switch from dissolved to total recoverable: Barium (Ba), Beryllium (Be), and Boron <br />(B). <br />Six locations have been designated for the collection of surface water samples as shown on <br />Exhibit U, Attachment U -4, Figure G -1. At each location the following -data collection activities <br />were undertaken: <br />
