Mining, milling, industrial and commercial uses associated with <br />mining and milling operations, domestic for bathroom in industrial building, storage as <br />described herein, and augmentation storage in . :he Wildcat Augmentation Ponds, <br />described below. <br />(6) Land Ownership: <br />The land upon which the diversion structure shall be located is owned by James M. <br />Clements, 3643 Baker St., San Diego, CA 92117 (" Clements"). <br />9. The new storage rights applied for are as follows: <br />A. Wildcat Augmentation Pond #1. <br />An off - channel pond lined with 36 mil reinforced polypropylene (RPP), with a capacity of <br />approximately 3.0 AF of active storage. Pond to be filled by diverting water at the IMD. <br />(1) Location of structure <br />Township 36 North Range 11 West, N.M.P.M. <br />In the SW 1/4 NE V4 NW 1/4, Section 28, T36N, R11W, N.M.P.M., being 1234 feet from <br />the North section line and 1458 feet from the West section line of said Section 28. <br />(GPS Coordinates Zone 12, Northing 4138082., Fasting 759001 meters, Unaveraged ) <br />(2) Source of Storage Water <br />a) Surface water draining out of Idaho Mine Portal into unnamed channel <br />tributary to the La Plata River, diverted through the IMD. <br />(3) Appropriation Date: November 30, 2006. <br />(4) Amount claimed: <br />3.0 acre -feet, conditional, with right to fill and refill up to 4 times per year in priority for <br />a total of not more that 12.0 acre -feet. Rate of diversion when filling Wildcat <br />Augmentation Pond #1 will be limited to no more than 1 c.f.s. See Paragraph 8(A)(4). <br />(5) Proposed Uses: <br />Augmentation of out-of-priority diversions from the IMD for mining and milling uses on <br />Idaho MiIlsite. <br />(6) Reservoir Surface Area and Dam Dimensions <br />3 <br />
