If dedicated <br />equipment is used that is not installed inside the well, it should be rinsed with distilled or <br />deionized water. Decontamination supplies will be provided so that equipment can be <br />decontaminated in the field. Each piece of evacuation and /or sampling equipment shall be <br />decontaminated before sampling operations and before sampling subsequent wells. <br />Decontamination water shall be replaced daily or more frequently if necessary (e.g., water is <br />muddy, appears dirty or is likely contaminated).
