Borehole sites LW19-04B and LW19-05 <br />The Division has requested why we did not provide a road length for the road to LW19 -04b and LW19- <br />05. The previous version of the approved GVB program already provided for 1,450' of new road for the <br />segment LW 19 -04 to LW- 19 -05. The revised plan provides for 650' of road for LW19-04B and LW19- <br />05. The net -net is we probably should actually get a credit of 800' for the extra road length on the bond <br />which we did not pursue. <br />2. Earthjustice comments <br />The Division notes July 21, 2011 comments from Earthjustice on behalf of WildEarth Guardians. As <br />these comments address TR -72 rather than TR -71, we will address them in a later TR -72 response letter. <br />3. TR -71 Cost Estimate <br />Oxbow is in receipt of a July 12, 2011 TR -71 Cost Estimate which describes a calculated liability increase <br />of $42,266.00.
