Method of Mining: Briefly explain mining method (e.g. truck/shovel): <br />This Amendment is for the conveyance of extracted or processed materials between two existing operations. <br />13.1 Briefly explain mining method (e.g. truck/shovel): <br />Materials are extracted and either directly placed or first processed prior to entry into a conveyor system to convey materials between two existing operations. <br />List any designated chemicals or acid - producing materials to be used or stored within permit area: <br />None <br />If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s). <br />Addition of a conveyor route to direct materials from the approved conveyor line within the existing <br />Heintzelman Project (M2009 -018) from near the northeast corner, east to a conveyor bridge on lands <br />owned by Varra Companies, Inc., then north across Weld County Road 28 under an approved Weld <br />County Right of Way Permit utilizing the conveyor bridge, then into a lease area located along and east of <br />the existing Kurtz Project (M1999 -006). Once the line enters the Kurtz Project boundary the line is makes <br />permit. The conveyor line within the existing Heintzelman Permit was previously approved. <br />
