Water can be
shifted between pond P -9 and the refuse pile pond to keep the water level below the
elevation of the pond spillways. The discharge from treatment pond T -2 will be routed to
ouffall 001A when the water level in both ponds approaches the level of their spillways. It is
Minrec's intent to maintain about 3 feet of freeboard in both ponds.
Please call with any questions.
Sincerely,
Stanley E.
