All review and comment periods as provided in the Act <br />and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing <br />The revision requests removal of the Tie - Across Haul Road from the permit boundary; it will be transferred to the Hayden <br />Gulch Loadout permit. <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 9 miles South of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is <br />further described as follows: <br />T5N, R88W; All of Section 15; Portions of Sections 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 34, and 35 <br />T6N, R88W; Portions of Sections 14, 23 and 24 <br />T6N, R87W; Portions of Sections 17, 18, 19 <br />Sincerely, <br />Susan L.
