Box 250 <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />Re: Peabody Sage Creek Mine (Permit No. C- 2009 -087) <br />Proposed Decision <br />Transfer of Permit <br />Dear Mr. Ludlow: <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety's Proposed Decision Package, for <br />Transfer of Permit No. 1 at the Peabody Sage Creek Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty <br />(30) day public comment period for the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed <br />decision will be published in the Steamboat Pilot as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of Peabody Sage Creek Mining LLC must sign and return one rider <br />to the Division.
