In addition, since there has been recent <br />and past efforts by the BLM, FS, and others to improve wildlife habitat in the area, by <br />setting the vegetation succession back (reducing cover and increasing forage), <br />maintaining the 60:40 forage to cover ratio within the mine permit boundary over time <br />will require coordination with these outside agencies. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the proposed revision of the West Elk <br />Mine shrub density standard.
