Inspection Contact Address
Mrs. Terry Pratt
Flintstone Gravel & Trucking, Inc.
1204 CR 60
Granby, CO 80446
Cc: Tony Waldron; DRMS
PERMIT #: M- 2009 -086
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: PSH
INSPECTION DATE: July 28, 2011
Storm Water MGT Plan:
The stormwater pond located in the middle of Phase 1A has been constructed, but is not receiving stormwater
due to the elevation of the pit floor which is above the pond elevation. Evidence of recent heavy rains was
observed at the site. Numerous gullies and rills were observed within the mining area. No standing water was
observed on the pit floor. All sedimentation was contained within the pit. Stormwater control structures
were observed along the road. Due to recent heavy rains, some of the control structures are in need of repair.
Mrs. Pratt stated, Flintstone was aware of the problem and is planning to reconstruct the damage structures
soon.
