Box 700 <br />Henderson, CO 80640 <br />Re: Stagecoach Pit, Albert Frei and Sons, Inc., Permit No. M- 1983 -067 <br />,.Request to Reduce Monitoring V <br />Dear Mr. Frei: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received the letter sent by Albert Frei & <br />Sons, Inc. dated 19 July 2011 requesting modifications to the ground water monitoring program at <br />the Stagecoach Pit. <br />The request to reduce the monitoring frequency from monthly to quarterly is hereby approved <br />effective immediately. <br />However, the request to suspend ground water monitoring at the end of the second quarter 2012, or <br />at any time during the life of the permit, is denied.
