Outfall 001A/001W did not discharge during the period.
Influent site 3001 and discharge site (002A) discharged each week of the period. Exceedances
were noted for 002A for the 30 day average (75 mg /L) and daily maximum (110 mg /L) for total
suspended solids (TSS) in June at 195 mg /L (Note that only one sample was collected for that
month). April and May were 44 mg /L and 43 mg /L, respectively. Historically TSS has not been
an issue at this site. This may be the result of lower than normal flow on the day the sample was
collected. We will evaluate this anomaly in July.
There was also an exceedance for pH in May at 9.4. This was most likely the result of algae
buildup. Subsequent duck weed growth in June controlled the algae, and the pH dropped to 8.0.
If you have any questions, please contact me directly at (970) 870 -2750.
Best Regards,
Brian A.
