In your letter <br />you requested that Henderson address three items. The items are restated below and followed by our <br />response. <br />Item 1 <br />Item 2 <br />Item 3 <br />The Applicant has stated verbally that all information regarding the Red Mountain Exploration <br />Drilling project is non - confidential. Please confirm this statement and provide a signed letter on <br />company letterhead to this affect as evidence that all information pertaining to this NOI is non <br />con - confidential. <br />Response to Item 1 <br />Henderson confirms that all information pertaining to the Red Mountain Exploration Drilling <br />project NOI is non - confidential. <br />Please provide an estimate of the amount of material to be extracted, moved or proposed to be <br />moved on Page 3, Section 111, Item #9 (item 3of form 1) of the application forms. <br />Response to Item 2 <br />The material to be extracted or moved will be from the drill holes. The holes will be three inches <br />in diameter and the total amount drilled will be up to 50,000 feet. This will produce approximately <br />91 cubic yards of material. The material will be in the form of core and drill cuttings. <br />The Division prepared a reclamation cost estimate for the Red Mountain Exploration Drilling <br />project based on the information provided by the Applicant in the NOI. The Division estimates <br />that the total cost to reclaim the site is $71, 000.00. A copy of the estimate is enclosed for your <br />review. Prospecting operation may not commence until a bond is submitted and approved by the <br />Division. <br />Response to Item 3 <br />A signed and sealed One Site Prospecting Financial Warranty Check For Deposit in State <br />Treasury form and a check for $71,000.00 is attached.
