Enterprises, LLC, whose address and telephone number are 91 S. Sky Lane Circle PO Box <br />2055, Durango, CO 81303; (970) 247 -0886, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction materials <br />with this office. The operation will be located at or near Section 24, Township 39N, Range 2E, 10th Prime Meridian, in <br />Mineral County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for August 13, 2011, providing all permit requirements have been met. <br />Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 5, 2011 to be considered in the application review process.
