On July 5, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your Notice of Intent
to Conduct Prospecting Operations (N01). The Division posted the non - confidential Form 2 on the Office
website on July 7, 2011 in accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.1.3. Any public comment or
request for disclosure of information designated as confidential regarding the NOI must be received by
the Office no later than ten (10) working days after the notice was posted on the Office website (July 21,
2011).
The Division will begin its review of the N0I and will contact you within 20 working days of the posting
date (August 4, 2011) regarding any for any deficiencies or if the review indicates the proposed
operations are considered to be mining, rather than prospecting.
