Describe proposed surface excavation or other land disturbance, including roads, pits, trenches, waste piles, drill pads and <br />collar areas of underground workings, ponds, etc... <br />Exploration operations may /will include. as conditions warrant. surface and subsurface <br />activities such as soil sampling, rock sampling (chip, channel, trench, Core Drilling) and <br />stream sediment sampling. <br />12. Proposed Disturbance (approximate) Describe the proposed drilling to be conducted, including anticipated number of holes, <br />diameter, depth, location, etc... Other Disturbances (please describe): <br />Sumps will be excavated and will be 8'x 8' x 7' in depth. Drill cuttings will be contained <br />and disposed of in sump. Sumps will be sealed upon completion of drilling with existing <br />rock and soil materials on site. <br />G. Indicate Chemicals and Fuels used or stored on site. List type, quantity and method to store. <br />No hazardous or toxic substances will be stored on site. A 100 to 150 gallon slip tank will be used to haul fuel <br />for equipment on site. During drilling and heavy equipment activity, the fuel will be hauled in and out daily in a <br />grease and Iubricant,deaners and motor oil, all in small quantity containers of no greater than 5 gallon <br />capacity. <br />F.
