EXHIBIT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND GENERAL LOCATION <br />Prince AIbert Mine 110(d) Permit Application Exhibit A <br />The legal description of the mine site is: <br />The SE'/ of the NW 'A, Section 31, T48N, R17W, of the New Mexico Prime (10 Meridian, Montrose <br />County, Colorado. <br />The Prince Albert mine consists of ten unpatented mineral claims which are located on public lands <br />administered by the United States Bureau of Land Management (USBLM, or BLM). <br />The mine site is accessed from Nucla, Colorado by traveling 4.2 miles west on W. 10` Avenue / <br />Montrose County Road CC / Calamity Road from Colorado State Highway 97 to Colorado State Highway <br />141. Turn right (north) on Highway 141 and travel 11.0 miles to the intersection of Highway 141 with <br />Montrose County Road EE22. Off highway road access is via Montrose County Roads EE22 and U16 <br />from Colorado Highway 141. Turn west onto Road EE22 (aka Long Park Road) from Highway 141 and <br />travel approximately 2.5 miles to the intersection with Road U16. Continue travelling west on Road U16 <br />for approximately 2.0 miles to the existing two -track jeep trail that serves as the mine access road to the <br />Prince Albert site. Turn north onto the mine access road and travel approximately 0.2 miles to the Prince <br />Albert Mine site. <br />General NAD 83 12 N coordinates for the site are X0676437; Y4275888. <br />See Figure A.1 "General Site Location Map." <br />Rimrock Exploration & Development Page 1 of 39 <br />
