TRAPPER MINE
July 6, 2011
Mr. Robert Zuber
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman St., Room 215
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Rob:
TRAPPER MININ INC.
Subject: Trapper Mine (Permit No. C -81 -010) Technical Revision TR -108
2010 Annual Report Appendix Wj
In response to comments initiated on the April 6th adequacy review.
JUL 2 . r) 2011
Division o kectamatien,
Wining and Safety
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety requested additional
information on weed control measures at Trapper mine. The Division requested:
"Please provide a discussion of weed control measures implemented during 2010. This
should include a list of what noxious weed species were controlled and a description of
the measures employed, including what chemicals were used. A sketch or description of
where weed control measures were employed should also be included."
Section 7.0 of the ARR has been expanded to include the required discussion on weed
control measures. Subsection 7.5; Weed Control Measures, will now contain pertinent
information regarding weed control practices at Trapper Mine on an annual basis. Per
discussion with the division a representation of sprayed areas will not be included.
Trapper strives to target and suppress weeds on all parts of the property. Mapping
specific areas would be impractical as the entire site is treated and or evaluated for
treatment.
In response to comments regarding the developmental drill hole program the Division
requested:
• Discuss if holes were sealed and if pads were regarded and seeded. If
these holes have been sealed and reclaimed, provide drill hole
abandonment reports.
• Show drill hole locations on the ARR map, included the area associated
with the reclamation of these holes.
• State which seed mix was used to reclaim the pads.
Section 1.2.5 has been updated to reflect the additional required information.
Developmental drill holes are sealed and reclaimed per the Trapper Mine permit.
P.O.
