The 30 day filing deadline was Monday July 11. I did a filing check in <br />both La Plata and Denver District court and did not find anything related to this matter. Please note that the <br />records search is not perfect - -all information is not always available online. Thus, I cannot guarantee that <br />Mr. Erisman did not file something short of calling him (which would be odd to call him to see if he sued us). <br />Therefore, having not been sued, it is business as usual for carbon junction matters. <br />Jeff <br />Jeff M.
