Thank you for your timely submittal of this report. The original disturbed area at the North Thompson Creek Mine was 65.2 acres. Of this area all of the acreage has undergone a Phase I and a Phase II Bond Release. An additional 61.1 acres have undergone a Phase III Bond Release. The remaining 4.1 acres are in long -term facilities or have been reclaimed for 10 years or less. These facilities have been approved a permanent, in support of the approved post - mining land use. No maintenance, reclamation or sampling activities were performed during the 2010 reporting year. The Division does not have any questions or comments regarding the North Thompson Creek 2010 Annual Reclamation Report.
