Binns, Janet
o 5 ° c_Jc). ? —0 ciq
e 3 mil.
S
r
From: Linda Saunders [saunders615 @live.com]
Sent: Friday, July 15, 2011 11:33 AM
To: Binns, Janet
Subject: Vegetaion report and map
Thank you for the vegetaion report. I forwarded it on to Tena and Paula, as I do all reports I receive.
I think I located the mine property on the map in the top of the aerial photograph. Is that correct? I followed the roads
into the mine.
I have a major question. Is it part of the Divisions requirements that the concrete slab can be buried on site. And the top
soil for the refuse pile come from the property along the property line, that is the drainage. not the stockpiled topsoil.
I have been confused on what is allowed by the rules. The road through there deadends and doesn't come out and join
another road.
I appreciate you addressing these questions.
Linda
1
