Only Outfalls, 007, 011, and 013
discharged this month therefore, monthly testing was not conducted on Outfalls 008,
009, 010, or 012 due to lack of discharge. WET Testing was completed on Outfall 011
with a chronic test as per the amended Discharge Permit. In correspondence with the
Division I was advised to change the DMR from an acute report to a chronic report.
WET Testing was not completed for Outfalls 007 and 013. This was an unfortunate
oversight and the Division was notified as soon as it was know. Western Fuels has
started "tickler" program so as to avoid missing such testing requirements. Currently
Western Fuels Colorado is scheduled to complete this 3 quarter's WET Testing by mid
August.
If you have any questions or comments please contact me at 970.864.7590, or email
tfry@wfcnucla.org.
Sincerely,
Thomas D.
