All ponds inspected,with the exception of the Fish <br /> Creek Borehole Pond, 18LT Pond,Pond C,Pond F and the 6MN pond were discharging at the time of the <br /> inspection. All pond embankments were stable with no problems noted with the exception of the following: <br /> -The Fish Creek Tipple pond embankment may need to be reseeded in the area of the repair work to the primary <br /> spillway. <br /> -The 18LT upper pond embankment showed evidence of light erosion that should be addressed to ensure stability. <br /> -One large gully was observed on the embankment of the 6MN construction pond with a small amount of <br /> sediment observed into the pond. This erosion will need to be addressed. <br /> All spillways were functioning as designed with no problems noted. <br /> Ditches and Culverts <br /> The 18RT Borehole access road drainage ditch#2 was filled in with sediment towards the northern section of the <br /> ditch. The ditch will need cleaning to ensure functioning as designed. <br /> The 18"CMP Culvert#6 at the northern-most end of the road drainage ditch#2 was—1/2 full of sediment at the <br /> inlet,this needs to be cleared to ensure functionality. <br /> The collection ditch on the east side of the railway between the batch weigh loadout and the 24"culvert under the <br /> railway needs to be reestablished with proper sediment control in place at the culvert. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> The longwall was mining in Panel 17LT at the time of the inspection.
