<br />Western Fuels- Colorado,'A Unified Liability Company(WFC), has filed with the Division of Reclamation, Mining
<br />and Safety (DBMS) an application for a Technical Revision (TR -60) #o the New Horizon Mine Permit No. c-81-
<br />008. This Technical Revision will incorporate a revised NPDES Discharge Permit and add As -Built details for
<br />Pond 015 into the perrnit.
<br />The New Horizon Mine is located at 27646west 5TH Street, P.O. Box 628, Nuda, Colorado. Telephone number
<br />(970) 864-2165. The revision pertains to an area within:
<br />The 7.5 minute USGS Nucla Quadrangle map shows the above described area.
<br />A copy of the complete technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Montrose County
<br />Courthouse Annex, Nucla; Colorado. Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted the
<br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, (Tel 303 -866-
<br />3567). Written comments and objections must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
