Elbert Mining Company (Applicant) acknowledges the need for a Plan of Operations in order
to reclaim the impacted 1.3 acres abutting the permit area. This area is not included in the
current state or county mine permit applications. The Applicant intends to pursue a Plan of
Operations to reclaim this disturbance.
Enclosed is an aerial map showing the private access road.
Process water, evaporative loss and dust suppressant water is provided by Twin Lakes water
shares leased through Pueblo Water Board. The lease is renewed in April each year. This long
standing arrangement diverts water to the site through a historic open ditch on private land from
Corske Creek. The storage pond is visible in the aerial map.
Thank you for the fax of the native seed mix.
