Any public comment or request for disclosure of information designated as confidential regarding the NOI <br />must be received by the Division no later than ten (10) days after the notice was posted on the Division website. <br />The Division is currently reviewing the NOI and will contact you within 20 working days of the posting date <br />regarding any deficiencies or if the review indicates that the proposed operations are considered to be mining rather <br />than prospecting. No bond was submitted with this modification, but Rio Grande Silver, Inc. already has a statewide <br />prospecting bond that is posted to cover other of your active NOIs.
