Prince Albert Mine 110(d) Permit Application Exhibit D D (e) Reclamation Costs A summary table of the estimated costs associated with the reclamation of the Prince Albert Mine site is provided in Table D.3 "Summary Reclamation Cost Estimate" below. A more detailed breakdown of estimated costs by task is included as Exhibit D, Figure D.1 "Reclamation Cost Estimate by Task." Descriptions of the work to be performed for each reclamation task noted in Figure D.1 can be found in the sections noted. This reclamation cost is very conservative and a planning estimate only based on a third -party contractor performing the work. Actual costs are anticipated to be 25% to 50% lower since some reclamation work will be performed on an ongoing basis during the mining operation, particularly with regards to the waste pile reclamation. Note that the seeding cost/acre assumes that 50% of the areas will have to be reseeded. The final reclamation costs used to set the reclamation bond will be calculated by the DRMS, using an industry- standard cost estimating program, once that agency has reviewed the Reclamation Plan prior to issuing a Limited Impact 110(d) Reclamation Permit.
