The NOI was considered to be <br />submitted on July 22, 2011, the date the Division received the NOI payment of $86.00. The <br />Division posted the non - confidential form (Form 2) on the Office website on July 22, 2011 in <br />accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.1.3. Any public comment or request for disclosure of <br />information designated as confidential regarding the NOI must be received by the Office no later <br />than ten (10) working days after the notice was posted on the Office website (August 5, 2011). <br />The Division will begin its review of the NOI and will contact you within twenty (20) working <br />days of the posting date (August 19, 2011) regarding any deficiencies or if the review indicates <br />the proposed operations are considered to be mining, rather than prospecting. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303)866 -3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
