There were no new disturbances during the year. Very limited activity on the site is expected in the current permit year and no new disturbances are expected. No additional reclamation activity was progressed, however monitoring and management for weeds in previously seeded areas is ongoing. The drawing submitted for the report year ended July 13, 2008 correctly reflects the current status of the site, therefore a new drawing is not being submitted with this report. Groundwater monitoring wells installed in accordance with the Groundwater Management Plan on file with the Division for this operation are measured monthly, and copies of the data collected from July 2010 through June, 2011 are enclosed. Also enclosed is a copy of the signed Affidavit, as submitted in 2007, regarding compliance with mining setbacks from the Cache La Poudre River. There was no mining within 200 feet of the Cache La Poudre River during the permit year ended July 13, 2011.
