RIO GRANDE <br />SILVER, <br />Sa viJuaw Silver M M1,14,1,vt,a JottAk vei tore <br />July 18, 2011 <br />RE: Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Dear Mineral County Commissioners, <br />Rio Grande Silver, Inc is submitting a new Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting <br />Operations (NOI) with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety on <br />July 18 2011. <br />The NOI is for the South Upper Rat Creek Project and will involve surface core <br />drilling with one core drill. 900 feet of new low- standard, temporary road and <br />three 100' x 100' drill pads are proposed for construction. 15 drill holes for 2011 <br />and 2012 are proposed totaling 37,500 feet of core.
