No new disturbance will be required; however, a temporary 35' x 50' pad will be leveled on
the existing road and cut -out for 2 to 4 days while the well is being drilled. Upon completion of
the well, the road and cut -out will be re- contoured to pre- existing conditions.
It is proposed the monitoring well be left in place for one year and then permanently
abandoned. A "packer" (plug) will be set above the drift and the well will be filled from
bottom up with abandonite. A cement plug will cap the hole 20 feet down from surface.
Please find enclosed a Rio Grande Silver check in the amount of $175.00 as payment for the
Technical Revision fee. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have questions, concerns or
comments. It is our hope to complete this work as soon as possible.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Randy McClure
Senior Geologist
Rio Grande Silver, Inc.
PO Box 610
112 E. 12 Street
Creede, CO 81130
Cell 970 - 946 -0111
Office 719- 658 -1080
hard rockenterprises (&,gmail.com
For Emerald Mining & Leasing, LLC
Bri.n F.
