<br />ing permit no. C-1996-083. The pro-

<br />to install thirteen additional gob vent

<br />P.O. Box 809 located in the northern portion of the
<br /> mining area in and around Sheep
<br />Delta
<br />CO 81416 Corral and Dove Gulches. Eleven of

<br /> light use roads.
<br /> The mine facilities are located north
<br /> of Bowie Road near the town of
<br /> Bowie, CO. A pump station, three
