According to Michaels report, you must <br />submit photographic documentation verifying the erosion gullies and ruts have been repaired. This information can be <br />submitted via e-mail. However in regards to the importation of Topsoil, this information must be submitted as a <br />Technical Revision as a written request with a $216.00 fee. Please feel free to give me a call if you have questions.
