According to Michaels report, you must submit photographic documentation verifying the erosion gullies and ruts have been repaired. This information can be submitted via e-mail. However in regards to the importation of Topsoil, this information must be submitted as a Technical Revision as a written request with a $216.00 fee. Please feel free to give me a call if you have questions. Since the due date was last week, I can give you a few days to submit the required corrective action information.
