Submittal of these reports is in <br />compliance with Rule 4.09.1(11)(b). <br />South Taylor Fill: <br />Inspection by a registered engineer, Mr. Thomas Peterson, occurred on June 20, 2011. A -A' underdrain <br />construction is reported to be complete. The operator is in the process of placing fill over the A -A' <br />underdrain. B -B' underdrain is complete, and fill has been placed over the drain. C -C' underdrain is <br />complete. C -C' drain has been covered with spoil. At the C -C' area bench 7800, and bench 7850 are <br />completed, while bench 7900 and bench 7950 continue to receive fill material. No new material was <br />placed on the West Pit fill during second quarter 2011. Two locations of water flow were noted in the <br />report. The first was approximately 2 gallons per minute from the toe of the West Pit underdrain. The <br />second location recorded less than 2 gallons per minute near the toe of the fill and its intersection with the <br />West Pit pond road.
