Pineda <br />Director <br />To follow up on conversations we have had regarding the requirements of the Construction Materials <br />Rule 6.5 (4) specific to the proposed limestone operation that will be operated by Moffat County, I have <br />determined a list of items that will need to be included within the Geotechnical Exhibit of your <br />application. The following list and enclosed documents are provided only as a courtesy in order to assist <br />you in compiling your application for the proposed site. Additional information may be required, as <br />determined during the review of materials submitted, with your application. <br />1. Identify all man -made structures within 1/2 mile of the blasting area (type of structure, age of <br />the structure, type of material the structure is constructed of, etc.). <br />2. Identify all potentially unstable geologic conditions within 200 feet of any structure (ie. highly <br />fractured cliffs, etc.). <br />3.
