The following must be received by the Division before the NOI may be considered complete and <br />review can begin. <br />1. Please specify the quarter section in which the project will take place. <br />2. Supply the longitude and latitude, UTM or GPS coordinates for the activity area(s). <br />3. Please submit a map that includes a north arrow and a scale, which adequately identifies the proposed <br />prospecting sites or activity areas involving surface disturbance.
