Dear Mr. Baumgartner:
On June 28, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received an incomplete Notice of
Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (NOI) for the Red Mountain project in Ouray County, File No. P-
2011 -017. The following must be received by the Division before the NOI may be considered complete and
review can begin.
1. Please specify the quarter section in which the project will take place.
2. Supply the longitude and latitude, UTM or GPS coordinates for the activity area(s).
3. Please submit a map that includes a north arrow and a scale, which adequately identifies the proposed
prospecting sites or activity areas involving surface disturbance. The map should include the location of
all drill holes and prospecting roads.
