I spoke with Chris Keough today. He is in the field at the Edna Project. He reports good results and is going to send an
email and some pictures. You should see the results during your next inspection. He said he probably could send the
written report in about 2 weeks as he is in the field until then.
I am contracting to blade the road but, in addition, we are going to lay down more gravel and do some improvement in the
drainage ditch as well. A little overkill, but we want to do the job right!

Please send the weed management summary as soon as possible. I forwarded the written letter of objection from John
Redd to you. Please also keep me posted on the grading of the road. I concur that reconstruction of the damaged
section on road is unnecessary. Grading of the damaged portion should be adequate .

Sorry that I missed your call. Just as an update, Chris Keough should be out with his crew this week, making the second
round of spraying for weeds, concentrating on areas that you identified in the recent permit release inspection. I also
contacted him to ask that the summary of 2011 weed control be sent to you as soon as he is finished.
I just spoke with Troy Summers with WWC Engineering regarding the road repair. He had obtained a quote from a
company that was way too extensive. It was for basically rebuilding the road and adjacent ditch. I asked him to obtain a
