MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS's preliminary adequacy review letter dated November 30, 2010 requested <br />additional information. On behalf of CAM Colorado LLC, the following amended data <br />are provided. <br />1. An Applicant Violator System (AVS) evaluation check was done on November <br />22, 2010 and there are no violations listed. The Division has the following <br />comments regarding the ownership and control information contained in Section <br />2.03 of the PAP. <br />Division Response: All Item 1 a -1 h responses have been resolved with exception of <br />Item 1f. As of April 28, 2011, Henry Scholder had not been removed from AVS. <br />Please have AVS updated accordingly. <br />CAM - The update of AVS is in progress <br />Rule 2.03.6 Right of Entry and Operation Information <br />1i. In 2.03.6, a general description of the proposed permit boundary is <br />provided. Please provide the total acreage of the proposed permit area. <br />CAM - Text has been added to page 2.03 -6 providing the total acreage of the proposed <br />permit boundary. <br />1j. The permit boundary was modified for the Apr -2011 response to include <br />the Construction Material Borrow Area, located on land owned by <br />
