On your <br />application form you initialed Option A, which specifies that the Division would recalculate the required bond prior to <br />approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $18,738. Please <br />submit a financial warranty in the amount of $18,738 within 60 days. The transfer of Permit No. M- 1979 -181 will <br />not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. You will be contacted once the warranties have been <br />review and approved. <br />The Division's website contains a selection of forms for the various bond instruments accepted by the Division. Go to <br />www.mining.state.co.us / and click on "Forms, Policies & Guidelines," then click on "Mineral Forms." Scroll down to <br />view the list of warranty forms, which are all in PDF format. The completed form should be sent to Barbara Coria at <br />the Division's Denver office (see letterhead, above).
