Division staff reviewed the currently approved permit application package, previous <br />"Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" documents, permit stipulations, revisions to the <br />permit, variances and approvals, and inspection and monitoring reports. The enclosed document is a <br />surmnary of the Division's findings as a result of this review. <br />Please note that we have completed an updated reclamation cost estimate and have sent that to you <br />under separate cover.
