We concluded with inspections of the <br />facilities and Irrigated Pasture reference area between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. on June 16, 2011. <br />The weather was hot and breezy, and skies were clear. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE: <br />SL -12: The Division and WFC continue to correspond regarding the Phase III bond release <br />request for Irrigated Pasture and the associated management of the IP reference area and <br />reclaimed areas. <br />TR -60: The Division received an application for TR -60 on June 8, 2011 and called it Complete <br />for purposes of filing on June 20. Public notice of the application appeared in the June 23 issue <br />of the San Miguel Basin Forum. The period for public comment will be open through Tuesday, <br />July 5.
