Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received your Colorado Open Records Act <br />(CORA) request via email at 11:50 pm on 23 June 2011. Subsection 3(b) of §24 -72 -203 C.R.S. requires the <br />Division to respond to CORA requests within three working days, which in this case is the close of business on 28 <br />June 2011. <br />With the exception of one item, all records that you have requested are stored only in digital form and are not in <br />the direct custody of any one individual in the Division. Therefore, in accordance with Subsection lb(II) of §24- <br />72 -203 C.R.S., following are instructions for locating the specific records that you have requested: <br />Copies of all non - confidential documents that have been sent or received for file number P- 2008 -043 are available <br />for viewing and downloading by the public at any time via the Division's on -line Laserfiche document <br />management system, which can be accessed by anyone with an Internet connection at the following URL: <br />http: / /drmsweblink. state. co. us /drmsweblink/search.aspx ?dbid =0 <br />For individuals who do not have access to an Internet connection, a work station is available during business <br />hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) at the Division office located at 1313 Sherman Street, Rm 215, Denver, CO 80203. <br />Anyone who desires copies of specific documents may have them burned to a CD for $5 or to a DVD for $20. <br />For your information, there is one record available for file P- 2008 -043 that meets the parameters of your request <br />number 2, an email and accompanying letter that were received 23 June 2011. The email was not scanned into the <br />Laserfiche system because by the time staff had viewed the email the hard copy had arrived, so you are welcome <br />to schedule an appointment to view the email here at the Division office. Photocopies can be made at a charge of <br />$0.25 per page. The accompanying letter became available for viewing in Laserfiche on 27 June 2011.
