The Division needs to recalculate the cost estimate for the Bear No. 3 Mine, using the new <br />CIRCES with the updated unit costs. The Division will need to know the reclamation cost estimate <br />with the updated unit costs in order to further evaluate the Bear Coal Company bond situation. <br />If the Bear Coal Company does request the remaining reclamation bond that had been approved for <br />release under SL -4, please inform Sandy Brown and myself of this matter.
