Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on June 9, 2011, a minor revision application (MR -127) to the <br />Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C -1981 -038, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 1488, Paonia, <br />CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor Revision No. 127, Bowie <br />Resources LLC is proposing to drill three exploration drill holes. The total surface disturbance is <br />projected to be 4.35 acres; 3.0 acres for drill pads and 1.35 acres for light use roads. The surface <br />disturbance is on private land and will be reclaimed.
