The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado
Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on May 11, 2011, a minor revision application (MR -108) to
the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C- 1981 -019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., 5731 State
Highway 13, Meeker, CO 81641 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Colowyo Coal
Company has provided updated PMT Map 19, for Reclamation Area EP051. The revised contour lines
reflect the results of approved abatement steps for NOV C- 2010 -004. All reviews and comment periods
as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
