X(46 far" oexiiwer <br />� piwt' <br />WATER WELL PLUGGING AND ABANDONMENT PLAN <br />Upon the completion of the mining operation the following plan will be put into effect. <br />1. The Bureau of Land Management ( "BLM ") will be given the opportunity to accept ownership of <br />the well. <br />2. If the BLM doesn't want the well, then the well permit will be closed, and the well will be <br />plugged and abandoned according to State of Colorado Standards. <br />3. If Jubilee Venture, LLC has obtained a Ground Water Right the Water Right will be transferred to <br />BLM, if the BLM decides it wants to keep the well operating. <br />4. If the BLM decides it does not want the Groundwater right, then such right will be abandoned , <br />and the well will be plugged and abandoned according to State of Colorado Standards. <br />5. Water Rights will not be transferred to any third parties. <br />6. Standards for plugging, sealing, and abandoning wells will be followed in accordance with Rule <br />16, State of Colorado, Office of the State Engineer. <br />7. Form GWS -09 or as revised at the time will be completed and filed with State of Colorado Office <br />of the State Engineer. <br />
