We also observed the road that crosses the drainage that reports to the Oak Gulch Ponds. The <br />rock -lined drainage is meant to dissipate water energy, but blew out a portion of the road (see <br />Photo 6). <br />Additionally, the group observed the Horse Gulch head of hollow fill (see Photo 7). The bottom <br />two benches of the fill have been graded and seeded. There are drainages on either side of the <br />fill, and French drains surface at the toe of the fill and carries water to Horse Gulch. <br />Action Items: <br />• Additional stockpile identification markers be placed where needed <br />• The company and DRMS should follow up on the rills identified during this evaluation <br />• The road to the Oak Gulch Ponds must be repaired <br />• Topsoil stockpiles that have recently been altered must be monitored to determine if <br />reseeding is necessary <br />
