CDPHE Environmental Release and Incident System Report <br />ACTION TAKEN: THE SPILL SITE HAS BEEN SECURED AND EXCAVATION OF THE IMPACTED SOIL WILL BE DONE TODAY. ALL <br />IMPACTED SOIL WILL BE CONTAINED WITHIN A SECONDARY CONTAINMENT SITE AT THE MINE UNTIL IT IS <br />DETERMINED HOW TO BEST DISPOSE OF THE IMPACTED SOIL. THE SPILLED MINERAL OIL IS NON -PCB. <br />CDPHE NOTIFIED: HMWMD- CHARLES JOHNSON, WALTER AVRAMENKO, ROBERT BEIERLE, DARRELL DEARBORN <br />COMMENTS: WQCD -MIKE HARRIS <br />RESPONDERS: COTTER CORP. <br />RESPONDER COMMENTS: NO WATERWAYS WERE IMPACTED, BUT RALSTON CREEK DOES RUN THROUGH THE MINE <br />ITSELF.
