A) Topsoil

No work performed during the week.

Ambient Temperature Range (F): Low: 48 ° F to 52 °F ( + / -) High: 75 °F to 82 ° F ( + / -)
AMEC CQA: Personnel On -site through the Reporting Period (See Attachment A).
AMES: Work activities were not performed Saturday (7/3/2010) in observance of the 4 of July holiday.
Low volume solution collection fill placement was only performed during night shift on Tuesday
(6/29/2010).
B) Subgrade Preparation
1) VLF
Fine grading, moisture conditioning, and compaction of subgrade was performed prior to soil
liner fill (SLF) placement during the week. The areas inspected and approved for placement
are shown in Figure 2.
C) Slope Contouring
1) VLF
Slope contouring was performed in the following areas; between stations A36 +00 ( + / -) and
A41 +50 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 200 feet left of centerline; between stations C1 +00 ( + / -) and
C7 +00 ( + / -), approximately 50 to 100 feet left of centerline; between stations E20 +00 ( + / -) and
E22 +50 ( + / -), approximately 150 feet left of centerline to 150 feet right of centerline and
between stations H0 +00 ( + / -) and 1110 +00 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 300 feet right of
