Thanks for the exact link to the Rules regarding revisions. I appreciate having it on line.
In the Technical Revision Under Proposed New Portal Reference Area it states Mr. Kent Crofts of IME Environmental
Consultants, who has conducted numerous previous vegetation sampling efforts of the Southfield Mine and on adjoining
areas the past 14 years.
I would like to see all of the vegetation sampling done by Mr Crofts at the Southfield Mine and on adjoining areas the
past 14 years.
I would like to see all sampling and any current revisions on the Corley property.
I need a 1980 or before aerial map of the site. The only one I can find on line is post mining with water in the ponds and
I have that already.
Thank you for getting the TR39 application to us in such a timely way so K2T LLC, part owners of the Vento property.
We appreciate it greatly.

You said you asked Kent Gorham of our office for the vegetation data for the past two years. He did not have the
vegetation report. The first we received the vegetation report was with this TR39 application, so you have received it
within weeks of our receipt of the report.

Thanks for getting back to me. Is Rule 4.15 on your web site. I tried again with the * following your instructions step by
step filling in all the blanks and it said page could not be found again.
Well I am glad to understand the process.
K2T will be objecting my the deadline via email, since I am out of the state and overnight would not get to you in time.
Do I send the email to you?
Or who do I send it to.
Let me know what your reponse is when you have evaluated it.
When will we receive the date on the other reference areas compared to the revetation. That is what I thought was being
done last year by Kent Crofts.
